2| You will receive a reply within 24 hours with a complimentary return label, no questions asked. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please follow up to check that your email was received or please check junk mail. Applicable to U.S orders only*
3| Print your label and send your unworn item(s) back in its original packaging within 14 days.
4| Once your unworn item(s) are received, you will receive an email with your store credit in the full amount originally paid excluding any shipping charges incurred from your initial order.
Kindly note - All items must be unworn with original packaging including boxes and pouches. Please allow 2-7 business days once your item(s) have been delivered to our Return’s department for review and inspection. Additionally, returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your credit. Any markings such as scuffs or discoloration is subject for zero-partial credit. In the case of receiving zero credit, the sender will be charged $10 shipping and handling fee to have the item(s) returned to their desired address within the U.S. Additionally, orders received past the above stated return dates are subject to zero credit.

PACKAGING | GIFT BOXES
In an effort to reduce excess waste and conserve our Eco Luxe packaging, we typically provide one matchbox per $100 order often varying on the items ordered. If your item is a gift please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an additional box or pouch as needed. We are happy to do what we can within reasonable accommodations to create a meaningful experience.
Please allow 1-2 days business days once your order is processed for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an order notification when you purchase and a shipping notification with tracking when your order has been fulfilled. Please note: 2-4 business days time frame as noted at checkout includes the transit time via USPS - this means once your order is shipped, please allow 2-4 additional days once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped.
